After a loss, everyone has advice: move on, stay busy, be grateful, start dating, think positive. Very few people sit with you in the quiet middle — where your heart may be hurting, your roles have shifted, and you’re not sure who you are now or what your next step should be.
Rebuild Evergreen was created to be that middle space. A trauma-aware, judgment-free, faith-inspiring, room where grief is welcome, your pace is honored, and your future is rebuilt slowly — from your values up, not from pressure or panic.
Guided weekly lessons + reflections, journaling moments + workbook

Names and small details are changed to honor the privacy of our members.
“After my divorce, I was functioning — working, parenting, smiling — but inside I felt like hollow. This group was the first space where I didn’t have to be ‘okay.’ Week by week, I found my voice again. I now have boundaries with my ex, a bedtime ritual I love, and for the first time I can imagine a future that’s all mine.”
— Lila, 41, rebuilding after divorce
“I joined after losing my mom and stepping into a full-time caregiving role for my dad. I was drowning in responsibility and guilt for wanting my own life. Rebuild Evergreen helped me grieve cleanly, ask for support, and redesign my weeks so I’m not last on my list anymore.”
— S., 36, navigating grief & caregiving
“After a painful breakup, I felt embarrassed by how devastated I was. Friends tried to cheer me up, but it made me feel more alone. In this space, my heartbreak was treated as sacred. I learned to listen to the part of me that knew I deserved more. I’m not dating yet — but I’m not scared of being alone anymore.”
— Amara, 33, healing after a breakup

If your heart is ready for grounded, firm + compassionate support — Rebuild Evergreen was built for you.
Rebuild Evergreen is designed for women who are ready to move forward after divorce or breakups, loss of a job, empty nest transitions, or any life event that has reshaped your identity and day-to-day reality. If you’re unsure whether your situation fits, you're welcome to reach out and ask.
No. Rebuild Evergreen is education and mentorship, not therapy or crisis support. We focus on the future with tools, values, boundaries, and life design. Many women choose to participate alongside therapy, and we’ll encourage you to maintain appropriate emotional health support if needed.
This is going to depend on you and your unique situation. Every week we'll have one live mentoring call (recorded if you can’t attend live) that varies between 30-60 minutes, plus self-paced journaling, or reflection. You’ll also have access to a private community space where you can engage as much or as little as you like.
The program is intentionally designed to be choice-based. But the truth is, if you are very sensitive right now, this may not be for you (yet). It is possible that what you're feeling is just too fresh and real right now. And that's okay. We'll be here when you are ready.
Rebuild Evergreen is not about starting over. It's about refinement. So, if you hear the whisper, “I’m ready to move past this,” that’s worth listening to. Rebuild Evergreen is here to walk with you — firmly, steadily, + with grace.
Have questions first? Send a note here and we’ll respond within 2 business days.
Share a bit about what you’re moving through and what kind of support you’re seeking. We’ll let you know, gently and honestly, if Rebuild Evergreen is a fit — and what your next best step might be.
We honor your privacy. Your story is yours; we’ll treat it with care.
